About Me

Hello, I’m Shireen Barnett, owner and founder of Holistic Therapies Natural Medicine and Holistic Health. I've been involved in wellness for over 15 years, constantly learning, growing, and helping others on their journey to better health and well-being.

I also provide consultations in Natural Medicine and Holistic Health via Zoom and at my practice. I have an Applied Diploma from The School of Natural Health Sciences and have been mentored by Lee Morgutti and Andre Mulder.

I teach Usui Reiki Courses at levels 1, 2, 3, and Masters. These courses come with a certificate and a manual, allowing you to begin your own journey in Reiki healing.

I am also a certified Life Counselor, helping people navigate their personal challenges and grow emotionally and spiritually.
